在時間失效的瞬間，只剩下音樂帶領我們，讓這一刻成為永恆。

從two-step beat、Daft Punk、Prince、retro的氛圍感，到70、80年代的電影配樂、音樂風格，是激發Van Ness創作〈Dance Until We Die〉的養分來源；Van Ness在他「玩出來」的音樂創作中，視角游走於舞曲語彙與華語流行的情感敘事之間，在節奏與旋律中，〈Dance Until We Die〉建立出鮮明而具辨識度的音樂語言。

〈Dance Until We Die〉最早的創作原型寫於2023年，Van Ness 與長期合作的製作人 David Lucius King 一起譜曲寫詞。兩人在創作過程中展現出高度默契，各自彈奏、勾勒畫面、反覆討論音色，在一次次的感受與交流中，慢慢發展出歌曲的雛形；過程中與團隊討論出需要節奏更強烈的面相，於是歌曲加入更具動感、舞曲的元素，讓整體情緒持續向前推進，也因此促成了深具生命力的〈Dance Until We Die〉誕生。

〈Ur The Reason〉這首歌源自一次Sam Lin（林中宣）拋出的 Demo，Van Ness加強了副歌「You’re the reason⋯⋯」這段旋律及編曲；在反覆交流與共同推進的過程中，又加入了製作人 David Lucius King，最終共同形塑出〈Ur The Reason〉極具記憶點的聲音樣貌。

重磅首發兩首新單曲的Van Ness，與合作多年的音樂夥伴，曾製作英國天團The Script製作人David Lucius King共同製作，在Van Ness音樂產出大量的過程裡，彼此的默契與實驗精神，開出一條專屬於Van Ness的音樂道路，令人期待未來，Van Ness引人入勝的音樂地圖。
